At Heart and Sole Dance Studio, we're more than just a dance studio - we're a community of dancers who share a love of dance. Our studio provides a welcoming and supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and have fun.

The dance team gives your dancer an opportunity to dance competitively.  Team teaches our dancers to work well with others, time management, dedication, team spirit, and the power of hard work.  It also gives our dancers extra opportunities to perform and be on stage.  Our dance team kids have made life long friendships with their teammates.  We are more than just a team, we are family.
